Of course, there is the conventional riding mower that we service as required, and not very often, but once in a while, someone wants to sell one.  Need a piece of equipment? CALL TOM! and ask - we may know someone with what you want, or we can give you valuable information on the different brands.

This is a dying breed, not many seen any more. We serviced this one for years, the owner sold it and moved out of state, and the second owner still brings it to us for service.

Do you need your snow plow and mower deck swapped out? How about those tire chains? At CALL TOM!, we can do that, too.

A regular service was needed, and the pressure regulator was sticky, causing the pressure to drop off and return to full pressure while the trigger was still depressed. If you have a similar problem, or just need a regular service, we can help.

Here's a rare one! This little bug was setting in a garage for years, unused. It was donated to us, and my wife thinks it's SO CUTE!, that I have to fix it for her use.

This one, as so many have the same problem, burned the plug contacts from the extension cord being pulled partially off the plug in the back of the handle, and the trigger switch burned out, too. We replaced the plug in the rear of the handle with a short extension cord so the cords can be tied together, preventing the plugs from pulling apart,  and we have replaced the original trigger switch of some of these with a toggle switch...works fine.

This little piece of equipment was throwing sparks. A little unsettling for the person being massaged! The brushes were removed and reshaped, enabling better contact between the brushes and the commutator - no more sparks.

The carburetor is a common problem on Poulans.
If yours doesn't run to your satisfaction, CALL TOM! to have it adjusted. Your chainsaw should be able to start easily, and sit on the ground at idle without stalling until you are ready to use it.

Stihl is a fantastic chainsaw. They have enough horsepower to get the job done, without causing the operator to work up a sweat. But, when you leave the gas in it for more than a month without Sta-Bil fuel stabilizer in it, it'll gum up just like the rest of them. This one needed a carb kit and a good cleaning.

A solenoid was bad in this welder, the RPM wouldn't increase to get up to speed for welding and 110-220VAC power generation. We also did a service on it.

This machine hadn't run in a few years, so the carburetor needed a rebuild. Two wheel drive, tractor tires, two cycle engine, tanks as front and rear wheels to carry extra water, gasoline, whatever, will run over 12" logs and basically, GO ANYWHERE. Used by the forest service smoke jumpers for transportation to fight fires.

Two cycle engine snowblower. Had a run-in with a buried (by snow) garden hose - popped the spinning blade right out of its plastic bearing.

Needed some new shoes and a service. We welded some new soles on the shoes, adjusted the height, and it went back to work.

This one is mine, and it's used extensively on the property. Everything from snow removal to spreading gravel, digging up tree stumps, discing the back pasture, digging fencepost holes, and tilling gardens. It doesn't require much maintenance, but we do it all here at CALL TOM!  We don't do splits, but if you need maintenance on your small tractor, we can handle it.

This one hadn't run in about 5 years. Extensive work was done to get it running again: Electrical, carburetion, brakes, tires, battery, the whole nine yards. Runs fine, and is still working the fields.
